HeyTinyBot.com and the hosted Tiny service. Effective September 22, 2026.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Alexey Efremov, operating as BadenMan Studio (“we,” “us,” or “Tiny”), covering heytinybot.com, hosted accounts, connected-device services, and official software updates. By creating an account or using the hosted service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create or control a hosted Tiny account. The service is not directed to children. If other people in your household interact with your robot, you are responsible for informing them that voice processing may occur and for configuring voice and memory settings appropriately.
Source code released by us is governed by the license included with that code. These Terms govern the hosted service, official website, accounts, and infrastructure; they do not replace an open-source license. A self-hosted installation is operated by you, and you are responsible for its security, data handling, third-party keys, and legal compliance.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and paired devices. One person may not create accounts to evade rate limits, suspensions, or abuse controls.
You may not use Tiny to break the law; harm, threaten, or deceive others; invade privacy; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; overload the service; scrape it at scale; bypass safety or rate limits; impersonate another person; or submit content you do not have the right to process. You may not rely on Tiny for emergency response, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, or safety-critical control.
Tiny may misunderstand speech and AI-generated replies may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Verify important information independently. Voice activation and conversational memory are optional. Details are provided in Voice & Memory Choices.
The hosted service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, or discontinued. Experimental features may fail or change without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to announce material changes that affect stored user data or paid features. The currently described hosted service is free; any future paid plan will require separate, clearly presented terms before purchase.
Some features rely on internet radio, weather, email, speech, or AI providers. Their availability and outputs are outside our control and may be subject to their own terms. We may replace or disable a provider when necessary for reliability, security, legality, or cost.
You retain rights in text, messages, audio messages, and other content you deliberately submit. You give us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit confidential information or third-party content unless you are authorized to do so.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the free hosted service and experimental hardware integrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without depriving you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your habitual residence. Before starting a formal dispute, contact legal@heytinybot.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
